Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In compliance with Klarna’s requirements, our policy allows returns and refunds for all online purchases within 14 days from the delivery date. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process.
Return Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

The item must be in its original condition, with no scratches, resizing, signs of wear, or damage.

Certain special orders, such as engraved items, custom ring sizes, custom chain lengths, and personalized pendants, are subject to a 20% restocking fee regardless of condition.
Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at jygoldiamond23@gmail.com or call (832) 983-4137. We will arrange the return and repair of the item at no additional cost to you.
Return Process:
1. Obtain Your Return Authorization Number (RMA):
Email pedroyorubajewellinker@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number and additional shipping instructions.
2. Package Your Order:

Place the item in its original packaging with all included materials.

Include the RMA number on both the receipt and the outside of the package.

Any promotional items or gifts included with the order must also be returned; otherwise, the full retail price will be charged.
3. Ship Your Return:

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective items.

For security reasons, do not write jewelry-related terms on the package.
Refunds and Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 to 12 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Canceled Orders:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at jygoldiamond23@gmail.com or (832) 983-4137.
Once the order is in process, cancellations may not be possible for personalized items.
A 6% restocking fee may apply to canceled orders.
IMPORTANT:
Do not send any return without first receiving an RMA number, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Quality Assurance:
The JY Gold and Diamond Quality Department reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product. Once your items are received and accepted, you will receive full store credit for the item’s cost, excluding shipping, handling, and insurance fees.
If a refund is requested, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Please allow 7 to 12 business days after receipt for your credit to be processed.
